| Ordering
It is easy to make a purchase; just browse our shop, add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart and when finished with your selection, proceed to ‘Checkout’ to complete the order. We accept major credit cards and do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by mail. If you have made an error in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake. When confirmation of your order is received, it indicates we have received your order. We will indicate acceptance of your order by sending you an invoice. In case of a price change, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. Prices shown are in US dollars. Please use the currency converter or call us for current prices in other currencies, if you require this information prior to placing your order. We guarantee our written quotations for 30 days. If you place your order by phone, we will confirm our current price at that time. Our shipping costs vary depending on the products ordered and delivery options selected. |
| Delivery Schedule
Products are generally dispatched within 5-15 business days of your order, or within 2-3 days for rush orders, depending on the item size and framing options selected. All domestic orders with standard delivery are shipped via our preferred carrier. Next day or second day delivery is also available at an additional charge.Please note that some of our special order items have longer delivery times. You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. FineArtMaya‘s failure to strictly enforce any term or condition of this order or to exercise any right arising hereunder shall not constitute a waiver of FineArtMaya‘s right to strictly enforce such terms or conditions or exercise such right thereafter. All rights and remedies under this order are cumulative and are in addition to any other rights and remedies FineArtMaya may have at law or in equity. Any waiver of a default by Buyer hereunder shall be in writing and shall not operate as a waiver of any other default or of the same default thereafter. If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired thereby. The paragraph headings herein are for convenience only; they form no part of the terms and conditions and shall not affect their interpretation. This Agreement shall be binding upon, inure to the benefit of, and be enforceable by, the parties hereto, and their respective heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns. All disputes as to the legality, interpretation, application, or performance of this order or any of its terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of California including its conflict of laws principles. Each party to this order agrees that any dispute arising between them which results in either party instituting court proceedings shall be litigated in the Southern District Court of California.
